Dynamite Search Group was founded in 2007 with a simple conviction: that specialist executive search, done properly, produces better outcomes than generalist recruitment at scale. Seventeen years later, that conviction has not changed β€” and the results bear it out.

References & psychometrics

Interview & offer

You receive three to five candidates with written assessments and our honest recommendation on who fits best and why. We manage the full interview process, feedback, offer structuring, negotiation and counter-offer conversations.

Executive onboarding
